Discover your website environment

Every website we develop at Mediaversa comes equipped with a Dashboard where you can manage your site in a user-friendly environment. This way, you never have to dive into the code.
The dashboard from which you can manage your website. You can see that this looks a lot more user-friendly than a code editor.
To access your dashboard, go to your own URL/domain name. For our website, for example, this is www.mediaversa.nl. Next, add /wp-admin after your domain name. For older websites, this could also be /beheer or /admin. This will look like this:

When you navigate to this website, you should see the login screen that gives you access to your website's dashboard.

Create more users

From here, you can log in with the credentials provided by Mediaversa. Once logged in, you can change your password or create additional users by clicking on the Users . Please note: if you delete the Mediaversa user account, we will no longer have access to your site. This can be resolved, but it's best to leave the account intact and not make any changes to it.

However, it might be helpful to create additional accounts with a role other than “administrator” if you want to give other employees access to only certain areas of your website.
